Proposed projects
Plans that need partners before they can begin
Conceptual proposal · Not yet operational
A proposed project is a considered plan, not construction in progress. Each one depends on land, statutory approvals, architectural planning, funding and implementation validation.

Bhairav Dham — integrated dog & cow shelter
A proposed two-acre sanctuary bringing veterinary care, dog and cow shelter, special-needs care, community learning and a spiritual centre together on one site.

Before anything is built
What has to be in place first
We would rather share a plan honestly at the proposal stage than present a rendering as reality. Nothing on our proposed projects pages shows construction progress, because there is none to show.
- Land, either donated or arranged separately
- Statutory clearances and local approvals
- An architect's master plan and structural drawings
- Validated costs through vendor quotations
- Committed funding for capital and recurring costs
- Clinical and operational partners for day-to-day running
