Proposed projects

Plans that need partners before they can begin

Conceptual proposal · Not yet operational

A proposed project is a considered plan, not construction in progress. Each one depends on land, statutory approvals, architectural planning, funding and implementation validation.

Before anything is built

What has to be in place first

We would rather share a plan honestly at the proposal stage than present a rendering as reality. Nothing on our proposed projects pages shows construction progress, because there is none to show.

  • Land, either donated or arranged separately
  • Statutory clearances and local approvals
  • An architect's master plan and structural drawings
  • Validated costs through vendor quotations
  • Committed funding for capital and recurring costs
  • Clinical and operational partners for day-to-day running
